A complete, honest trail
Who was checked, who replied, who was alerted, who acknowledged and when — recorded automatically, not reconstructed after the fact.
Compliance & Audit
Every check, reply, nudge, AI-call verdict, escalation and acknowledgement is timestamped and stored automatically. Filter it by date, worker or site, read the response times, and export a clean evidence trail whenever you’re asked to show one.
How the evidence trail works
You don’t assemble anything — the record builds itself as the system runs.
Each check sent, worker reply, grace-window nudge, AI-call verdict, escalation step and acknowledgement is timestamped automatically. Nothing to remember to record — the trail is a by-product of the cover doing its job.
Pick a date range, a single worker, or a site (a schedule) and the report narrows to exactly those checks — including panic and ad-hoc alerts — each with its response time and a summary of any escalation that fired.
The summary shows total checks, how many were safe, in distress or missed, how many escalated, how many were self-check-ins, and your median response time for the period — duty-of-care performance at a glance.
View the report on any plan. Download it as a CSV on Pro and Ultimate, or as a branded PDF evidence pack on Ultimate — the kind of document you hand to an auditor, an insurer or an HSE inspector.
